Account Deletion / Kontolöschung

You can request the deletion of your OsteoCoach account and all associated data at any time. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

Sie können jederzeit die Löschung Ihres OsteoCoach-Kontos und aller damit verbundenen Daten beantragen. Wir verpflichten uns zum Schutz Ihrer Privatsphäre und zur Einhaltung der geltenden Datenschutzbestimmungen (DSGVO).

Option 1: Directly in the app / Weg 1: Direkt in der App

You can delete your account directly in the OsteoCoach app: open your profile, go to Settings and select "Delete account". Before deleting your account, you have the option to download your data.

Sie können Ihr Konto direkt in der OsteoCoach-App löschen: Öffnen Sie Ihr Profil, gehen Sie zu den Einstellungen und wählen Sie „Konto löschen". Vor dem Löschen des Kontos haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihre Daten herunterzuladen.

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed: / Bei der Kontolöschung werden folgende Daten dauerhaft entfernt:

• Your profile information (name, email address) / Ihre Profilinformationen (Name, E-Mail-Adresse)
• Usage data and preferences / Nutzungsdaten und Einstellungen
• Training plan progress and history / Trainingsplan-Fortschritt und -Verlauf
• Any uploaded content or documents / Alle hochgeladenen Inhalte oder Dokumente
• Communication history / Kommunikationsverlauf

Please note that certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law (e.g., for tax or regulatory compliance purposes). Such data will be securely stored and automatically deleted once the retention period expires.

Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.

Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted.

Ihre Kontolöschungsanfrage wird innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Eingang bearbeitet. Sie erhalten eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail, sobald Ihr Konto und Ihre Daten erfolgreich gelöscht wurden.
